As a Canadian educator with a diverse background, I bring a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to the role. Currently pursuing my Bachelor\\\'s degree in Education with a specialization in Mathematics and Physics for grades 7-12 at the University of Ottawa, I am on track to graduate in 2025. Alongside my studies, I am also pursuing a Master\\\'s degree in Education, with an expected completion date in May 2024. My commitment to ongoing professional development underscores my dedication to the field of education and my desire to continually enhance my teaching skills.

I bring with me six years of valuable experience working as an English teacher in China, from 2012 to 2018. During my time in China, I taught students of varying ages and backgrounds, honing my skills in classroom management, student engagement, and curriculum development. Additionally, I have completed a practicum as a math teacher at All Saint High School in Canada, further refining my teaching abilities and deepening my understanding of educational practices. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication and the ability to create inclusive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of students.

I am particularly drawn to the opportunity to immerse myself in the rich cultural heritage of China while contributing to the academic and personal development of students at your institution.
