Korean International School in Yanbian (KISY) is hiring Secondary EFL teachers for the upcoming semester, which begins on August 14th, 2019. KISY is a grade 1-12 International School run by the Korean government in China with authorization from the Chinese Ministry of Education. Students at KISY study in three languages: Korean, English, and Chinese. There are currently 66 students total at the secondary level (grades 7-12). KISY is located in Yanji, a city known in China for its clean air. It is also has a unique linguistic and cultural environment due to generations of ethnic Han Chinese and ethnic Koreans living side by side in one city. Both Chinese and Korean are spoken in many areas of the city.
