简介：

Objective:

- Daily management of outside contractor to ensure timely of quality product. Act as an interface between Donaldson, contractor and client.

Responsibilities:

- Manage 100% on time delivery of product to customer due dates

- Responsible for total quality assurance for incoming/outgoing parts

-Maintain and ensure high degree of inventory accuracy of components, WIP, and finished goods.

- Drive subcontractor development through quality system

-Manage customer requirements with systemic tools; manage returnable packaging process

-Other duties as required

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree, in quality/mechanical/technology engineering. Minimum 3-5 years experience in plant or corporate setting of either production or engineering area.

-Understanding of quality and inventory control processes (FIFO and LIFO, min-max inventory levels).

-Project management experience is a plus.

-Capability to handle multiple tasks; Fast learner with a can-do attitude

-Ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills.

-Understanding of metal and plastic manufacturing processes (metal forming, welding, injection molding, blow molding preferred)

-Knowledge of quality control tools and principles.

-Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills; must demonstrate data driven decision process

-Overall business acumen

-Proficiency in English
